As a Producer & Insurance Recruiter, you will play a dual role in expanding the team and building a personal book of business. This position involves identifying, recruiting, and onboarding insurance professionals, as well as developing relationships with business owners and industry professionals to grow the firm’s network. Success in this role requires a persistent, sales-driven mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of financial protection products.

Insurance Recruiter Job Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard insurance professionals to expand the firm’s team
• Develop and manage a personal book of business over time
• Establish and maintain relationships with business owners and industry professionals
• Provide expert guidance on Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, Annuities, and Long-Term Care Insurance
• Work closely with business owners to understand their financial protection needs
• Seek out and secure new business opportunities through a sharp, persistent approach

Qualifications

• Insurance industry background preferred
• Recruiting experience or a strong ability to attract and develop talent
