Insurance Account Assistant

Compensation: $20-$24/hr DOE

Location:   Carlton, OR

Insurance Account Assistant Job Responsibilities


  • Processing certificates and endorsements
  • Making policy changes
  • Sending insured ID cards
  • Performing data entry into the agency management system
  • Updating billing and invoicing
  • Assisting Producers and Account Managers with administrative work

Qualifications


  • Must be licensed in Property, Casualty, Life & Health in Oregon
  • Stable employment history
  • Close proximity to Carlton office, with the ability to report to the office
  • Ability to learn, master, and perform duties with minimal supervision
