Commercial Account Manager
Compensation: $55K-$70K DOE
Location: Seattle, WA
Our client, a leading provider of Commercial & Personal Lines of Insurance, is searching for an experienced Commercial Account Manager. This role is a service-based position with no sales, cold calling, or quotas involved. The chosen candidate will benefit from fully employer-paid Bronze Medical, Dental, Vision Benefits, and IRA.
Commercial Account Manager Job Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier service as a P&C licensed Account Manager, with no sales or cold calling required.
- Set pre-renewal meetings and consult with clients, processing certificates & endorsements.
- Run audits, remarket policies to carriers, present bids & estimates, and bind policies.
- Work a combination of client-facing and administrative tasks.
- Start and train in-office for initial 90 days, with the potential for a hybrid schedule based on performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commercial CSR or Account Manager.
- Experience from an independent agency required.
- Must have the ability to set pre-renewal meetings, answer policy & coverage questions, process certificates & endorsements, run audits & loss runs, remarket policies to Carriers, process policy changes, and bind policies.
- Stable work history is required; no job hopping.
- Must live within 5 miles of office location.
