Warehouse Associate | $21-$22/hr DOE

Our client’s company, a leader in hydraulic and automation components and systems, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for shipping and receiving a variety of assembled products and parts, managing inventory, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the warehouse operations. This role includes opportunities for hands-on experience with product inspection, quality control, and the building and fabrication of hose assemblies.
Warehouse Associate Job Responsibilities
- Unload, log in, and stock products accurately in their designated locations.
- Input product data manually or via RF scanner into the system.
- Package and stage materials for shipping, including kitting, shrink wrapping, boxing, and labeling.
- Document all tracking information and ensure accurate records.
- Conduct inventory checks, cycle counting, and product inspection for quality control.
- Build and fabricate hose assemblies and related products, preparing them for shipment.
- Perform local pickups and deliveries as needed.
- Maintain a positive and effective work environment, contributing to team success.
- Obtain forklift certification and safety qualifications as part of your role.
Qualifications
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
- Proficiency with basic MS Office applications.
- Ability to read and differentiate alpha and alphanumeric listings.
- Valid driver’s license; ability to drive a manual transmission may be required.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Physically able to lift up to 70 lbs and climb ladders.
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification during training.
