Sales / Service Representative
Compensation: $60K-$70K OTE

Our client, a Seattle-based leader in first aid equipment, supplies, and facilities, is expanding rapidly, achieving three consecutive years of double-digit growth (29%, 24%, and 32% YTD). Known for its superior products, holistic customer service approach, and strong company culture, they are looking to add a Sales & Service Representative (SSR) to support accounts in the Eugene, OR to Tualatin territory.
This role is perfect for a friendly, organized, and reliable self-starter who enjoys a mix of customer service, sales, and light installation work. After training, you will work from your home office, managing a territory of 150-200 accounts. Each week, you’ll receive a shipment of merchandise, stock your company van, and deliver and replenish first aid supplies at customer locations—ensuring their equipment is up to date and looking for opportunities to upsell additional products. The role includes installing cabinets, eyewash stations, and AEDs, so basic tool and light construction skills are required.
Top SSRs can earn over $1,700 per month in bonuses, with $1,000 being the average for meeting quota. The schedule is flexible, and most reps finish their day by 2-3 PM.
Sales & Service Representative Job Responsibilities
- Manage and service 150-200 customer accounts across the Eugene to Tualatin territory.
- Deliver and restock first aid supplies, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue upsell opportunities for additional products and training services.
- Install cabinets, eyewash stations, and AEDs as needed (light construction skills required).
- Set and manage your own daily schedule to maximize efficiency.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and place daily orders for restocking.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service mindset – friendly, reliable, and organized.
- Clean driving record and ability to safely operate a company van.
- Basic tool knowledge for mounting cabinets and light plumbing installations.
- Ability to store inventory at home – requires a 10’x3’ storage space (garage or similar, no apartment-only storage).
- Ability to park the company van overnight (street parking is acceptable).
- At least one COVID-19 vaccination and non-tobacco user required.
