Inside / Outside Sales Job Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a small book of business while actively prospecting to add to your portfolio.
- Target clientele ranging from Large National Businesses to small companies that have a warehouse, including Government, Municipalities, Ports (air & sea), contractors, developers, builders, and more.
- Utilize various resources, such as permit sites, to identify key influencers like architects and engineers, establish relationships, and get business spec’d before reaching the bid stage.
- Demonstrate keys to success including industry experience, autonomy, effective communication, strategic activity planning, and time management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in selling Material Handling, Automation, Racking & Warehouse solutions.
- Strong understanding of the targeted industries, including the ability to engage with a diverse clientele.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Commitment to achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of the company.
