Project Sales Executive
Compensation: $90K-$100K DOE + Commissions
Location: Seattle, WA
Our client, a leading provider of HVAC system service, maintenance, repair, energy optimization, design build & retrofit, is currently seeking a Project Sales Executive to join their dynamic team.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in identifying and developing project opportunities, building strong client relationships and driving projects to completion. The company offers a competitive benefits package including car allowance, PTO, 401k match, paid holidays, EAP & FSA.
Project Sales Executive Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop project opportunities leveraging referrals, client capital plans, and energy initiatives.
- Build strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Work closely with internal and external teams to develop and execute project proposals using proprietary sales tools.
- Present proposals effectively, negotiate deals, and coordinate resources to drive projects to completion.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline, track opportunities and manage records in Salesforce.
- Continuously enhance technical expertise and promote service, maintenance, and energy programs to clients.
Qualifications
- Solid understanding of the commercial HVAC market.
- Strong mechanical and electrical systems knowledge/education.
- Ability to estimate labor and materials.
- Minimum 2 years of commercial HVAC project experience.
- College degree preferred.
- Customer service orientation.
