Are you an experienced commercial HVAC professional looking for a new opportunity? Our client, a full-service mechanical contractor, is in search of a Project Sales Executive to cover a broad territory spanning from Centralia to Eastside and Seattle. This role focuses on reactive sales, working closely with technicians to address customer needs for system or parts replacement.
Project Sales Executive Job Responsibilities
- Reactive Sales: Follow up on leads provided by technicians for system replacements or component upgrades.
- Site Visits: Frequent travel to job sites to assess systems, climb ladders, and make product recommendations.
- Technical Knowledge: Understand and apply knowledge of HVAC codes, manufacturers, and system applications.
- Customer Interactions: Primarily in the field, interfacing with customers to address their HVAC needs.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in commercial HVAC.
- Technical understanding of codes, manufacturers, and applications related to HVAC systems.
- Comfortable in a ‘road warrior’ role, willing to frequently travel for site visits and customer meetings.
- Could be a former commercial technician looking to move into account management or a project sales representative from a competitor.
