Product Support Sales Representative | $50K-$80K DOE + Commission
Location: Tacoma, WA
Our client’s company is a full-service dealership with a focus in heavy machinery cranes and specialty equipment, offering repair, maintenance, and parts sales. They are seeking a Product Support Sales Representative to manage sales and marketing efforts for all parts and service sales within a designated territory.
This role involves generating service and parts business, providing after-sales support, maintaining business relationships, and identifying potential trade-in equipment.
Product Support Sales Representative Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing and potential customers in the assigned sales territory
- Generate service and parts business for the company through effective sales and marketing efforts
- Provide superior customer service and after-sales support
- Identify and report any noticeable changes in market trends or pricing that may affect company operations
- Diagnose problems with various equipment and make appropriate recommendations to customers
- Seek to acquire new customers within the assigned sales territory
Qualifications
- Experience with parts and accessories preferred
- Service technician who wants to get into sales also considered
- Computer literate with in-house software knowledge; ability to use an iPad
