Territory Manager | $75K-$95K DOE

Location: Pasco, WA

Our client specializes in a comprehensive array of hydraulic and automation components and systems, including hoses, fittings, instrumentation products, lubrication and filtration solutions. They serve a diverse clientele that ranges from farmers to OEM’s, military agencies, mining sectors, and aerospace companies. Most of their accounts at this branch are in the energy and agricultural industries.

They are currently seeking a Territory Manager to manage and grow their existing accounts. In this hunter/farmer combo role, you will have the unique opportunity to drive your book of business by understanding your customers’ stock, supply, and needs. Territory Manager Job Responsibilities

  • Hunter/farmer role managing and expanding accounts in the greater Puget Sound area
  • Sell a range of products including hydraulic pumps, valves, hoses, fittings, filtration systems, lubricants, and more
  • Cater to a diverse clientele including OEM’s, military, mining, aerospace, and industrial and agricultural accounts
  • Drive your book of business by understanding and tending to customer stock, supply, and needs
  • Process orders and occasionally drop off products to customer locations
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers ranging from purchasing agents to engineers to end-users


  • A relational sales style combined with mechanical orientation
  • Familiarity with hydraulic and automation components
  • Ability to discuss products with customers across all levels of understanding
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
