Outside Sales | $100k OTE 1st Year

Location: Kent, WA


Our client, a leader in industrial supply distribution, is looking for a Outside Sales star. In return they provide a set of tools and training to help their Outside Sales Team continue to win like they have for over 75 years. You will have support from an inside team, vendor training, protected territory and start with a base of existing clients to grow as well as a list of target accounts to add. You will be rewarded with a blend of lucrative commission and residuals.

Sales experience in the industrial supply space is a plus, not a requirement so this is a great opportunity for someone with a proven 5 + year track record in B2B sales to break into a highly coveted industry. This position provides autonomy working in the field and work from home. Territory would cover Seattle, Tukwila, Renton, Kent, Bellevue, Kirkland.


Job Responsibilities

  • Actively managing and growing a dedicated sales territory
  • Partnering with inside sales team to meet or exceed division sales goals
  • B2B cold calling on a continuous basis
  • Building long-term, productive and mutually beneficial relationships with new customers

Qualifications

  • 5+ years successful experience in B2B Outside Sales
  • College Degree preferred not required
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational skills
