Inside Sales Representative
Compensation: $27-$35/hr DOE
Location: Seattle, WA
They are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their 10-person team in Seattle. This role involves handling 30-50 inbound customer calls per day, primarily from the marine industry (70%), with increasing business from the food and manufacturing sectors (30%). The ideal candidate will provide top-tier customer service by answering inquiries, placing orders, and following up via phone and email.
Inside Sales Representative Job Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls from new and established customers, providing product recommendations and solutions.
- Process orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Build relationships with long-term clients, primarily in the marine, food, and manufacturing industries.
- Identify opportunities to expand sales by recommending additional products.
- Follow up with customers via phone and email to maintain strong relationships.
- Stay knowledgeable about the company’s diverse product line and its applications.
