Inside Applications Engineer Job Responsibilities

• Utilize your technical or engineering degree along with your communication skills to deliver top-flight customer service, sales solutions, and technical support to customers and outside sales teammates.
• Assist in the design and redesign of equipment systems and selections, ensuring end users acquire the right product for their needs.
• Coordinate with outside representatives to ensure the correct item/equipment is ordered and manage its shipping status, invoicing, and more.
• Promptly address any technical issues or product failures to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Opportunity to grow your career and advance to the role of Territory Manager, involving increased technical complexity and hands-on troubleshooting in the field.

Qualifications

• Engineering or technical degree (equivalent experience may be considered).
• Excellent negotiating, written, and oral communication skills.
• Strong computer abilities.
• Knowledge of industrial fluid handling equipment.
• Ability to work independently towards targeted results, both individually and as part of a team.
• Reliable with a preference for an old-school work ethic.
