[Industrial Supply] Parts & Supply Solutions Trainee | $70K-$85K OTE

Our client, a distinguished distributor of industrial supplies ranging from abrasives, sealants, paints, and coatings to lubricants, cutting tools, electrical components, and packaging, is currently seeking a motivated Parts & Supply Solutions Trainee. This new, entry-level role is a dynamic opportunity to kick-start a career in sales and operations management, based out of their newly-opened Spokane satellite branch. As a trainee, you’ll dive into the intricacies of handling RFQs (requests for quotes), tracking products, arranging purchases and shipping, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This role is not just about transactions, but about building and deepening business relationships, understanding customer needs, and strategically preparing for their future requirements. It’s a chance to grow with the company, starting with a first-year base salary of $58K to $60K plus commissions, with a projected OTE of $70K-$85K. Supply Solutions Trainee Job Responsibilities

• Handle requests for quotes (RFQs), track products, arrange purchases, and manage shipping processes.
• Work closely with existing customers to fulfill all their parts and supply needs.
• Maintain and deepen business relationships to anticipate and strategically prepare for customers’ future needs.
• Collaborate in customers’ manufacturing schedules, pricing, supply questions, and issues resolution.
• Provide exceptional service to help accounts grow through quality service and relationship building.
• Convert non-company parts acquisition to company ones.
• Aim for commissions by enhancing service quality and customer relationships.
