Floater / Sales & Service Representative

Our client, a Seattle-based leader in first aid equipment, supplies, and facilities, is growing rapidly, achieving three consecutive years of double-digit growth (29%, 24%, and 32% YTD). With a reputation for top-tier products, superior customer service, and a solution-based approach, they are expanding in multiple markets and need a versatile Sales & Service Representative (SSR) to serve as a floater—filling in where needed across Seattle, Portland, Denver, and other growing markets.

This role is perfect for a flexible, organized, and customer-focused professional who enjoys travel and variety in their work. As a floating SSR, you’ll temporarily take over established territories for 2-3 weeks at a time, ensuring customers receive uninterrupted service. Travel, hotel accommodations, and a $40 per diem will be provided. You’ll have access to a fully stocked company van at your assigned location, whether driving to Portland or flying to Denver.

Floater / Service & Sales Representative Job Responsibilities


  • Travel to Seattle, Portland, Denver, and other markets as needed to provide temporary territory coverage.
  • Deliver and replenish first aid supplies at customer locations, ensuring compliance and product availability.
  • Identify and upsell additional products and services to customers.
  • Install cabinets, eyewash stations, and AEDs as needed (requires light construction and tool knowledge).
  • Set and manage your own schedule and route to maximize efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and place daily restocking orders.

Qualifications


  • Friendly, organized, and reliable, with strong customer service skills.
  • Clean driving record and ability to safely operate a company van.
  • Basic tool knowledge for mounting cabinets and light plumbing installations.
  • Ability to travel and stay in assigned locations for 2-3 weeks at a time.
  • At least one COVID-19 vaccination and non-tobacco user required.
