Compressor Sales Executive | $100K-$200K OTE

Our client, a world behemoth in the higher tech compressed air, power, steam, and nitrogen equipment and service industry, is seeking a Compressor Sales Executive to join their team. They are especially known for their expertise in higher-tech pumps and non-oil lubed compressors necessary for natural gas and food manufacturing. Our client offers great benefits and a cost of living raise every year.

The successful candidate will have industrial equipment sales experience. The role includes selling 124 horsepower compressors and below, with target clients being OEMs, distributors, contractors, and direct sales.

Compressor Sales Executive Job Responsibilities


  • Selling 124 Horsepower Compressors and Below to target clients such as OEMs, Distributors, Contractors and direct sales
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Identifying new sales opportunities
  • Participating in sales and trade shows
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions to clients
  • Providing after-sales support

Qualifications


  • Industrial Equipment Sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and MS Outlook
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong understanding of the compressed air, power, steam, and nitrogen equipment and service industry is a plus.
