[Commercial Lighting] Outside Sales Representative
Compensation: $80K-$110K OTE
Location: Mountlake Terrace, WA
Our client, a leading provider of commercial lighting retrofits and maintenance, is seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join their team in Oregon. Commercial Lighting Outside Sales Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base in the Oregon market
- Conduct on-site lighting audits and assessments to identify opportunities for energy-efficient lighting upgrades
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Create customized value propositions and presentations to showcase the benefits of retrofit lighting solutions
- Collaborate with design and operations teams to develop comprehensive lighting solutions that meet client needs
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in the lighting industry
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the lighting industry or a related field
- Knowledge of electrical systems, lighting technologies, and energy-efficient solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to learn and use software platforms, including CRM systems, project management tools, and lighting design software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and acceptable driving record
