[Mechanical HVAC] Project Manager

Compensation: $70K-$90K DOE + Commission

Location:   Seattle, WA

Our client is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee projects post-sale, working closely with Account Managers to ensure customer satisfaction and project success. Mechanical HVAC Project Manager Job Responsibilities


  • Provide support to Account Managers in managing projects, including customer service and technical assistance.
  • Communicate with customers in a high-volume environment through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Utilize multiple databases and technology platforms to maintain project schedules and release equipment.
  • Review and track open orders, ensuring timely updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Process credits for customer returns and handle freight claims for damaged goods.
  • Prepare estimates, submittals, and orders using manufacturer databases and Dorse software packages.

Qualifications


  • Minimum of 3 years of prior HVAC industry experience is required.
  • Prior estimating experience is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Experience working in a high-volume business environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, CRMs, and partner databases.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC equipment is required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred (relevant experience may substitute for education).
