Industrial Group Project Manager
Compensation: $87K-$125K DOE

Our client, a leading company in the HVAC sector, specializes in the design, build, and installation of sheet metal, piping, and plumbing. The firm is seeking a dedicated Industrial Group PM to play an important role in their organization.
Industrial Group Project Manager Job Responsibilities
- Review job estimate and prepare project budgets.
- Estimate and negotiate change orders.
- Track, forecast, report labor hours and material costs.
- Buyout major equipment and subcontracts.
- Expedite and track deliveries of major equipment/materials.
- Maintain working knowledge of general conditions, work scope, and specifications of project contract/subcontract.
- Maintain and control documents in compliance with company standards and contractual compliance.
- Supervise Project Engineers and conduct quarterly and annual Catalytic Coaching.
- Collaborate with field labor supervision to plan, organize and schedule project work.
- Review contract drawings, detail drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure full compliance with company Safety Program at the jobsite.
- Adhere to company AIM processes if applicable to project.
- Be professional and uphold company Core Values.
- Ensure regular attendance and promptness as they are considered part of each employee’s essential job functions.

Supervisory Responsibility:
This role involves supervising Project Engineers, Project Administrators, and Craft Supervisors.
