Industrial Group Project Manager

Compensation: $87K-$125K DOE

Location:   Everett, WA

Our client, a leading company in the HVAC sector, specializes in the design, build, and installation of sheet metal, piping, and plumbing. The firm is seeking a dedicated Industrial Group PM to play an important role in their organization.

Industrial Group Project Manager Job Responsibilities


  • Review job estimate and prepare project budgets.
  • Estimate and negotiate change orders.
  • Track, forecast, report labor hours and material costs.
  • Buyout major equipment and subcontracts.
  • Expedite and track deliveries of major equipment/materials.
  • Maintain working knowledge of general conditions, work scope, and specifications of project contract/subcontract.
  • Maintain and control documents in compliance with company standards and contractual compliance.
  • Supervise Project Engineers and conduct quarterly and annual Catalytic Coaching.
  • Collaborate with field labor supervision to plan, organize and schedule project work.
  • Review contract drawings, detail drawings, and specifications.
  • Ensure full compliance with company Safety Program at the jobsite.
  • Adhere to company AIM processes if applicable to project.
  • Be professional and uphold company Core Values.
  • Ensure regular attendance and promptness as they are considered part of each employee’s essential job functions.

  • Advanced computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Project, Access, and AutoCAD, Front Desk, Blue Beam, Smartsheet, and Viewpoint.

Supervisory Responsibility:

This role involves supervising Project Engineers, Project Administrators, and Craft Supervisors.
