[HVAC / Security Systems] Business Manager
Compensation: $95K-$120K DOE

Business Manager Job Responsibilities
- Manage dispatch, Project Administrator, and Warehouse teams.
- Enforce metrics for Service Management and Project Administration.
- Maintain proper communication with the field, sales, and management personnel.
- Provide training on company systems, policies, and procedures.
- Verify all service work orders are completed and closed regularly.
- Ensure all service agreements are scheduled and provide monthly reports.
- Facilitate management of company properties in Washington State.
- Perform monthly progress billings for projects.
- Ensure job tax schedules and certified payroll rates are accurate and updated.
- Oversee purchasing and tracking of equipment and parts for services and projects.
- Provide general administrative support for the branch.
- Manage and advise on hiring, training, development, allocation, and performance assessment of personnel within areas of responsibility.
- Organize and manage regular internal company events and community outreach.
Qualifications
- 2-year business degree and 7 plus years related work experience preferred including technical commercial building services or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office Products – Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret financial statements and reports.
- Experience with commercial new construction, retrofit, and service contracts.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and willingness to accept responsibility and accountability.
- Good organizational and planning skills.
