The position is primarily office-based, with approximately 25% of the time spent visiting customers and project sites. Project sizes vary, ranging up to $25 million, offering a dynamic and challenging work environment. The successful candidate will collaborate with a highly experienced team of estimators, engineers, and other professionals, contributing to services renowned for their quality in the Puget Sound region.
HVAC Project Manager Job Responsibilities
- Manage large-scale commercial projects in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
- Collaborate effectively with estimators, engineers, and other team members.
- Oversee projects of varying sizes, including some as large as $25 million.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
- Spend approximately 75% of the time in the office and 25% on-site or with clients.
- Maintain professional relationships with prestigious clients like Boeing, Port of Seattle, and UW.
- Uphold the company’s reputation for exceptional service in the Puget Sound region.
