They are currently seeking an HVAC Department Manager to oversee field operations, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently while supporting and developing the team.

HVAC Department Manager Job Responsibilities

• Manage 30-50 field team members across HVAC, Insulation, and Duct Cleaning departments.
• Oversee project scheduling, material procurement, and resource allocation to keep jobs on track.
• Train and onboard new hires, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge for success.
• Develop a leadership structure by mentoring team leads or foremen to improve efficiency and communication.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards on all projects.
• Provide ongoing support to field teams, addressing challenges and streamlining workflow.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and organizational skills with experience managing field operations.
• Ability to balance daily scheduling and logistics with long-term process improvements.
• Hands-on approach to training and developing team members.
• Experience in HVAC, insulation, or duct cleaning operations is a plus.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and team support.
