Our client, an established provider of industrial parts, seeks a reliable, detail-oriented candidate to support handle customer support, counter sales, product pick-up, and more. You’ll be the contact point for orders, delivery schedules, and inventory. Learn to use automated support systems and related tech to expedite quotes, ensure the products are right, and ship or deliver them.

- Be the customer’s initial contact for orders, scheduling, and delivery
- Answer questions, follow up on orders, and enter quotes
- Ensure product availability and ensure inventory levels are compliant
- Pull and stage orders for counter sales and pick-up
- Develop skills and stay current on product and process training
- High school degree or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability in customer service and problem -solving
- Knowledge of MS Outlook and Excel
- Clean driving record
