Industrial B2B Sales – $50-$60K+Commissions

Our client, a growing industry leader in the Pacific Northwest, is looking to expand its outside sales team. This position is a hybrid Outside Sales/ Project Manager role. Selected candidate will create initial relationship with targeted accounts and nurture and grow that relationship through ongoing project and account management until install or contract completion. The company offers Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Time Off and Profit Sharing.

What will you do?

  • A penchant for business development, with lots of autonomy, you’ll meet & engage customers in your territory; assessing their needs, you will provide a truly consultative solution.
  • Partnering with your manager you will strive to meet & exceed sales goals.
  • Participate in overseeing the successful delivery of product installation, ensuring optimum customer satisfaction.
  • Will participate in an enriching training process spanning over two years, traveling to our headquarters for pre-planned, scheduled trainings.

What is required?

  • Automated/Industrial Controls Experience – lighting controls a plus
  • Experience in B2B, end user sales; construction, commercial or industrial is preferred.
  • Proven Success in Business Development and Project management; interacting at all levels.
  • Strong capacity to learn a new industry.
  • High degree of initiative, mature judgment, and self-motivation.
  • True hunter mentality.
