Executive Recruiting Consultant – $72,000 1st Year (Uncapped commission potential)!!

We are hiring! The team is growing and looking to add an Executive Recruiting Consultant to a thriving office. This a full-time position that carries a competitive base guarantee of $36,000 (doe), uncapped commission potential, as well as a full benefit package covering hospital, medical and dental. While there is no cap on commissions successful recruiting consultants can expect to earn at least $72,000 within the first year. A typical day in this role will revolve around meeting with candidates, setting up interviews, negotiating salaries and consulting employers on best hiring practices. Competitive candidates for this position will have at-least 2 years of business to business sales experience, comfortable cold calling, managing accounts, building relationships, contract negotiation and track record of exceeding goal expectations.

Candidates should have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with business to business sales
