Customer Service Manager (Glass and Door) – $70,000 Base Salary

We have an exciting opportunity available with one of the country’s largest building distributors. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for reviewing production orders, leading the customer service team, training, problem solving, coaching, monitoring performance and overseeing escalations.

Company is offering a competitive base salary of $70,000 (doe) including full benefit package covering hospital, medical, dental, vehicle allowance and 401k. Qualified candidates should have at-least 5 years of experience managing a customer service team, glass & doors experience ( preferred) but not required, bachelor’s degree ( preferred but required) comfortable in a fast-paced environment, combined with past leadership in a similar capacity.
