Roving Property Maintenance Technician – $25 – $30/hour

Our client is looking for a Full-time Maintenance Technician for multiple communities for the single-family homes and apartment complex throughout the greater Seattle area.

Job Responsibilities

• This is a roving maintenance technician role starting every day at their Bellevue location then drive to the different locations throughout Totem Lake to Tukwila.
• Maintenance technician with either single family homes or an apartment complex experience.
• Looking for someone willing to do grounds work around the property and inside maintenance.
• Make readies, turns, and work orders

Qualifications

• 1 year of Maintenance experience
• Pass a background check
• Must have a clean driving record
