Our client is a regional brokerage specializing in commercial & personal lines of insurance. Well known for being a boutique provider of specialty services, they have an attractive company culture, a pattern of long-term employee retention, competitive pay, and lots of growth potential. There is ongoing mentorship, support for continued education, and an opportunity to focus either on account management, sales, or a combination of both.
This role will manage the renewal business for niche services. Candidates with niche or specialty lines would be considered top candidates, whether in professional liability (with attorneys & real estate), or apartments, condos & HOAs, or even marine insurance (fishing vessels, ship builders, cargo)
Candidates with client management or production experience are encouraged to apply.
If you have experience and enjoy cross-selling and consulting, we can customize a role for you as well, but that is not required.

– Manage entire renewal process from policy review, consulting, policy changes as well as certificate and endorsement processing, re-marketing, to making presentations & binding policies.

Compensation will be competitively in the $65-85K range DOE (if you’re outside of that range, they are negotiable). Compensation includes an attractive, employer paid medical, dental, vision, 401k, & PTO package.
