Our client, the leading custom residential home builder for the Pacific North West is growing and looking to add an experienced Project Manager to oversee current projects.

The Project Manager will be responsible for all of the pre-planning build process, reviewing blueprints, working with sub-contractors, pre-construction specifications, managing several projects at once and ensuring a safe work environment for the team through completion of custom designs. There is a competitive base salary of $110,000 (doe) including full benefit package covering hospital, medical, dental, vehicle allowance and 401k. Qualified candidates should have at-least 5 years of experience with custom home builds, past project management in a similar capacity, and comfortable in the office and at the work site.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Our client is a distributor of material handling, material storage, conveyors and custom warehouse solutions engineered to support distribution centers, e-commerce, parcel post, retail stores, and a variety of manufacturers to maximize productivity and increase efficiency.
The Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of installation of projects from receipt of PO thru completion of installation and commissioning to customer.
