Our client, the leading custom residential home builder for the Pacific North West is growing and looking to add an experienced Superintendent to oversee current projects.

The Superintendent will be responsible for total build oversite, running schedules, reviewing blueprints, managing sub-contractors, budget allocation, and ensuring a safe work environment for the team through completion of custom designs. There is a competitive base salary of $125,000 (doe) including full benefit package covering hospital, medical, dental, vehicle allowance and 401k. Qualified candidates should have at-least 5 years of experience with custom home builds, past leadership in a similar capacity, and comfortable in the office and at the work site.

Customer Service – $65K

Location:  Marysville, Ellensburg
