Benefits Sales Executive – $45K-55K Base + Commissions
Our client specializes in offering Employee Benefits, Human Resources & other services that separate them from their competition – on a National Scale. They provide great training, resources and an opportunity to create a fully sustainable book of business.
In this role you will be generating your own prospects, cold calling small & mid size business, maintaining your own pipeline, making presentations and closing your own deals while support staff maintains client relationships. They offer resources to support and enhance your prospecting and administrative needs.
Compensation will be dependent on your experience, typically between $45-55K on a base, or with a draw in the $60-$100K range (there are multiple compensation models to choose from). Compensation includes full benefits covering medical, dental, vision, PTO & 401k.
Candidates should have:
* Experience in B2B sales
* Ability to self generate leads
* Currently licensed to sell insurance in the states you want to do business (at minimum – the state of WA)
* Consultative sales experience
