They have had a strong local presence in the Portland area with stable leadership, a commitment to technology and have a client and employee centric set of business practices. Their business focusing on a number of niches has helped distinguish them as specialists for each market they work in.
With a growing Group Benefits Department, multiple producers, each focusing on unique market segments, they have a need to AD an Account Manager to their team!
An ideal candidate would already have some experience in the Group Benefits industry on the broker side, currently licensed and experience managing fully funded accounts
Compensation includes a competitive base salary and annual bonuses.
• Manage a book of business that is mostly fully funded business, mostly managing the schedules for renewals, claims, and client updates
• Carrier Negotiations
• Manage your books’ claims, carrier communications, client assistance, etc.
• Comfortable discussing plan design
• 3+ years of Group Benefits Account Management experience
• Currently licensed
