Territory Manager

A family owned company with 10 locations in the U.S. is looking to transfer and existing territory over to a new territory manager. As the number 1 producer in their category, you can be confident that the strong reputation of the company as well as the variety of products you offer will allow you to make sales easier.

Our client is an industrial supplier, serving the Manufacturing, Aerospace, Construction, Automotive and Packaging Industry. The current need is for the Kent/Auburn territory.

Sales people here can enjoy autonomy having only one day a week in the office. The selected candidate will inherit a book of business, be provided with formal training as well as ongoing training, paid residual income on their book of business and a car allowance.

Current sales people earn an average of $75,000 in their first year and an average of $135,000 in their 2nd year.


What we look for:

-Hybrid sales mentality – 70% hunting/30% farming

-2+ years’ experience in an outside sales role

-Naturally competitive with a desire to be the best
