We are looking for a customer service professional to answer incoming calls, incoming emails and will-call orders. Customer may not have the exact solution when they call so you will be tasked with working with the engineers to find the right product to satisfy the need.
No engineering background needed. What we are looking for is someone who like solving problems, works well in a team, adaptable and coachable. We are looking to fill this position immediately!
