They are looking for a hunter; someone who can cold call, seek new business, and prospect a few select vertical markets. Top performers in this company have topped 6 figures in their first year; Good sales reps in average well into the middle 100s by years 2, 3 and 4.
Candidates should have:
* At least 2 years’ experience selling software
* Experience and interest in a “hunter” type role * A track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
* Consultative sales experience
