Executive Recruiter Needed

Our firm was founded 8 years ago and has been growing every year since. We currently have 4 senior- level recruiters on staff and our business needs 2 additional recruiters to help meet the demands of our business.

We just moved into a brand new office in Lynnwood because we needed more space for 2 additional Executive Recruiters.

This role is ideal for someone who had been exposed to recruiting, either in sourcing or running a full-desk. Someone who has been extremely successful but feels they are underpaid.

As an executive sales recruiter you have the opportunity to make an incredible income and help people along the way!

Executive recruiters meet and interview candidates and look to place them in competitive positions both locally and nationally.

You will work with individuals across many verticals, but all the candidates we work with are professional sales executives.

We have over 20 years of combined experience and are ready to teach our process to the next generation of recruiters! Our process is easily learned and when correctly applied, will generate you a substantial income.

Successful recruiters will make up to 70k in their first year, and top producers in the industry are well into six-figure incomes.

This position will require a superior level of work-ethic and commitment. Successful recruiters need to be able to think out of the box, pay very close attention to the needs of their candidate and clients, and be able to make upwards of 50 cold calls when necessary.

Leads are provided and you will work with an assigned mentor in order to ensure success. This position is Monday through Friday, requires an 8-5 work schedule and has truly un-capped commissions.

As our firm continues to grow we will be looking to add managers and team leaders.

Job Responsibilities

Candidates should have:

  • B2B sales experience, Inside sales is preferred.
  • Experience in recruiting is extremely helpful, but not necessary
  • Someone who enjoys cold-calling, sales, and networking
  • Professional appearance, demeanor and etiquette
  • Is looking for a long-term career
  • History of out-performing your peer group in: Sales, Sports, or Academics
